Return Policy

All sales are final.

As every print is made to order, we do not accept returns

or cancellations or allow exchanges to be made.

However, we take great pride in the quality of our work and

are committed to our customers' satisfaction.

If your print arrives with a production defect or was damaged

from shipping, please reach out to support within 3 business days of delivery

with a photo of the issue and we will reprint and reship for free.

Please note that print colors may be different from your screen

color profile and we do not provide reprints in this instance.

Refunds may be determined on a case-by-case basis

and all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Purchase for Personal Use Only

Buyers may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale.

By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing

products for personal use only and not for resale.

Shipping

Please allow up to 5 business days for order verification, printing, and

processing and up to 7 business days for delivery.*

If your order was lost in transit

(the carrier cutoff is 5 days past the original delivery date),

please reach out to support and we will reprint and reship your order for free.

If your order was marked “delivered” but not found, please reach out to

support and we will assist with a carrier claim and offer a discounted reprint.

Buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
